Studio Modijefsky proudly brings its design signature to Zirro, one of two high-rise buildings shaping a new residential development on the Lammeschans in Leiden. Alongside Schouls, Zirro will accommodate part of a 358-unit housing initiative, supported by 1,600 m² of commercial space and a central green courtyard designed to enhance quality of life.

Zirro stands out for its seamless integration of comfort, creativity, and connection. Studio Modijefsky was invited to design 221 m² of interior and 105 m² of exterior shared amenity areas, creating refined yet approachable spaces that support daily life and community.

From shared lounges to lush outdoor terraces, every detail has been curated: finishes, lighting, and interior elements all contribute to a coherent and uplifting experience.

Zirro represents a new generation of urban residential design—where bold expression meets everyday ease. The building houses 358 apartments ranging from 50 to 70 m², thoughtfully designed to reflect contemporary urban living.
