Studio Modijefsky designed an interior of a seafood bar & restaurant in The Hague, the Netherlands.

A French word for lover, Sardine welcomes guests with a sophisticated bar, where guests can enjoy perfect cocktails and freshly opened oysters. The restaurant, located at the back, is a more intimate space in warm, soft shades of lavender blue and purple with accents of daring coral. Small details inspired by the seafood character of the venue appear throughout the space.

The interior design is complemented by a graphic layer drawn by Emiel W. Steenhuizen, a tattoo artist who also designed the restaurant’s logo.

Unfortunately, this project got cancelled after the initial Concept Design phase.
